Who We Are

We are 2 husband and wife teams, Franco and Karen Muratore and Lee and Stefana Attard (Karen and Franco´s daughter and son-in-law).

FM Estates was originally set up by Franco Muratore in 2004 with the assistance of Karen.

In 2007 Lee and Stefana took over the company website, marketing, PR and all design work for the company.

In 2008 Stefana started working alongside Karen and Franco in other areas of the company.

At the beginning of 2010 Lee joined Stefana in working in all areas of the company other than design and web related.

In May 2011 Franco officially retired and the company is now being run by Lee and Stefana, although Karen and Franco are still very involved in the company helping out, advising and training Stefana and Lee whilst they continue to learn more about the real estate business.

Franco Muratore

Original founder of the company, FM Estates, Franco has lived on the coast since 1989. He worked in the real estate industry for companies Don Piso and Sur Propiedades before setting up FM Estates in 2004. He speaks Spanish, Italian and English fluently.

Karen Muratore

Karen has lived on the coast since 1989. She has been helping Franco with the running of FM Estates since it was established in 2004. She speaks English, Italian & Spanish.

Stefana Attard

Stefana went to school on the coast from 1989 to 1995, she then returned to the UK to attend university. She then worked in the London until returning to Spain in 2007.
Stefana has been involved in the family business since 2007 and took it over with Lee in April of 2011. She speaks English and Spanish.

Lee Attard

Lee has lived on the Costa del Sol since 2007. He has been involved in the family business since moving to Spain in 2007 and took it over along with Stefana in April of 2011. He speaks fluent English, XHTML and CSS!!
