Decreto 218Decree 218/2005 dated 11th October 2005, ratifies the Regulation of Information provided to consumers in the purchase and rentals of homes in Andalucia. Like in the UK all owners when selling a property now need to provide prospective buyers with a Sellers Property Pack. It is required by law that all estates agents, or 3rd party agents involved in the chain of the sale, need to also hold a copy of all this information. This is now being enforced and fines are incurred if this information is not held. To this end we need copies of the below.
